Real estate conglomerate Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) has integrated its two major developments in Cebu — the Cebu Business Park (CBP) and the Cebu IT Park (formerly the Asiatown IT Park) — into one brand, now known as the Cebu Park District.
INNOLAND Development Corp. officials topped off the company’s P1-billion flagship “green project” Calyx Center on Monday. Construction of the firm’s two other real estate projects is underway, a top official of the company said.
Innoland Development Corp. marketing director Crystal Chloe Ong said units of the mixed-used development Calyx Center are already fully sold.
